Installing sdvplayer

Checkout downloads page to get source and/or binary installers/packages for your platform.

On Linux/Un?x building from source

Unpack the source. cd to the source dir
$./configure
$make
$make install

On Windows with binary installer

Double click the installer and it will guide you through the installation process

Using sdvplayer

Launch sdvplayer from start menu on windows. From menu or using command sdvplayer on linux.
File->Open - to open a video file.
Subtitle->Open Subtitle - to open a subtitle file.
Help->Quick Help - to get quick help on keyboard shortcuts.
